Bahrain's Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa and Kuwait's Ambassador to Manama Sheikh Azzam Al-Sabah
MANAMA, March 28 (KUNA) -- Bahrain's Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa heaped praise on Kuwait Tuesday for the country's continued support of Manama.
In a statement obtained by KUNA, Kuwait's embassy in the Gulf island nation said that the Bahraini Deputy Prime Minister met with Kuwait's Ambassador to Manama Sheikh Azzam Al-Sabah, where he underscored "prompt Kuwaiti aid in the educational, healthcare and development sectors."
Meanwhile, the Kuwaiti envoy highlighted the breadth of ties between both nations, saying that "Kuwait is firm on supporting Bahrain at all times." (end)
