Japanese PM condemns London terrorist attack

TOKYO, March 23 (KUNA) -- Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe strongly condemned Thursday a deadly attack in Britain's capital, which killed four people and injured several others.
Speaking to reporters, Abe expressed his strong condemnation against the terror attack, and pledged his support to British Prime Minister Theresa May.
"Terrorism is absolutely intolerable. I offer my deepest condolences to the victims and extend my sympathy to all those who were wounded," said Abe.
The Premier also affirmed his country's solidarity with May, as well as the British people, adding that "Japan offers its full support to Prime Minister May and will combat terrorism in cooperation with the international community." According to media reports, at least four people, including a police officer, were killed and about 40 injured in the terrorist attack at Westminster Bridge and the Houses of Parliament in London on the previous day.
