US vows to find American missing in Iran

WASHINGTON, March 9 (KUNA) -- Today marks the 10-year anniversary of the disappearance of US citizen Robert Levinson from Kish Island, Iran, and the Trump administration "remains unwavering in our commitment" to locate Levinson and bring him home, the White House said on Thursday.
"We want him back, and we will spare no effort to achieve that goal," the announcement said. The Levinson family has suffered far too much during the last decade due to the absence of Levinson, "a loving father, brother, husband, grandfather and friend to many," the statement said. "We will not rest until this case is resolved," it said.
Anyone with information about the case can contact the FBI at http://tips.fbi.gov or email the FBI at levinsonfbireward@ic.fbi.gov, the statement said.
A USD 5 million reward is available for information that leads to Levinson's location and safe return, it said. All information provided will be kept confidential, and information can be provided anonymously, it said. (end) rm.rk
