Turkish medics say three Syrian fighters died of their wounds

ISTANBUL, March 6 (KUNA) -- Three Syrians fighters from the Free Syrian Army died of their wounds after clashes with the so called IS (Islamic State) elements in northern Syria and were brought to Turkey's southern Kilis province for treatment on Monday.
According to Turkish news agency (Anadolu) said the clashes occurred in in the surrounding areas of Azaz and Al-Bab cities north of Aleppo.
Turkish medics added five other Syrians were injured in the clashes and transferred for treatment. (end) ta.mb
