Chairman of Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) Sheikh Mubarak Duaij Al-Ibrahim Al-Sabah received Dean of the diplomatic corps, Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain Sheikh Azzam Mubarak Al-Sabah
KUWAIT, Jan 15 (KUNA) -- Chairman of Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) Sheikh Mubarak Duaij Al-Ibrahim Al-Sabah received Sunday at his office Dean of the diplomatic corps, Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain Sheikh Azzam Mubarak Al-Sabah.
The meeting was attended by KUNA Deputy Chairman for Administrative and Financial Affairs Abdulhameed Malak.
They tackled the role of media in assisting the diplomatic efforts as well as media services KUNA offers to support the country's foreign policy and to boost the cooperation among Kuwait's embassies abroad.
The diplomat endorsed KUNA keenness on the continuous cooperation with Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry and embassies abroad, "reflecting the efforts our diplomatic missions exert to serve our country in the regional and international arenas."
Meanwhile, Chairman of KUNA stressed on the agency's commitment to play its national role in serving Kuwait locally and abroad.
He emphasized KUNA's commitment to credibility, objectivity and neutrality in transmitting news and information. (end)
