CAIRO, Dec 11 (KUNA) -- At least 20 people were killed and 35 others injured in an explosion near St Mark's Orthodox Cathedral in the Abbassiya area of Cairo, Ministry of Health said Sunday.
Some 14 ambulances rushed to the scene and victims were taken to hospitals. (end)
