Kuwait inks agreement for industrial cooperation with S. Korean firm

KUWAIT, Dec 7 (KUNA) -- The Ministry of Public Works has signed an agreement for cooperation with the South Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology (KICT), part of efforts to ratchet up collaboration between both nations.
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Works Awatif Al-Ghunaim signed the agreement that aims to enhance industrial cooperation with South Korea, a statement by the ministry noted on Wednesday.
Moreover, the statement added that the agreement is the by-product of the offset program, which is also being applied on the Sheikh Jaber bridge project. (end) amh.nam
