KUWAIT, Oct 20 (KUNA) -- Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah vowed on Thursday that the nation will leave no stone unturned to support security forces in their quest to protect security.
The Ministry of Interior (MoI) faces numerous challenges, particularly, the upcoming parliamentary elections scheduled for November 26th, a statement by the miniastry's Department for of Public Relations and Security Media
 quoted Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled as saying after he inaugurated the reserve website of the electronic security computer systems at the ministry.
Moreover, the minister urged increased cooperation on the part of security personnel, saying that the ministry," will not tolerate any attempt to harm national unity." Speaking on challenges that lie ahead, the Interior Minister urged the forces to take on all challenges, adding that the ministry possesses all the capabilities and tools to safeguard peace and security. Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled also thanked the country's political leadership for their commitment to the nation's security through providing security personnel with the latest and most reliable methods and tools.
Meanwhile, the MoI's Undersecretary Sulaiman Al-Fahad said that mounting challenges prompt readiness and alert, as he called on security apparatuses to put forth the most strenuous of efforts to protect the nation.
