Commander of the Kuwaiti Ground Forces Maj. Gen. Sheikh Khaled Saleh Al-Sabah visits defence exhibition in Baku
MOSCOW, Sept 30 (KUNA) -- Commander of the Kuwaiti Ground Forces Maj. Gen. Sheikh Khaled Saleh Al-Sabah on Friday visited the 2nd Azerbaijan International Defence Exhibition in Baku.
Speaking to KUNA, Kuwaiti Ambassador in Baku Saud Abdulaziz Al-Roumi said Sheikh Khaled Saleh Al-Sabah and his accompanying delegation were impressed by the highly-organized exhibition and military equipment and technology put on display.
He added that 216 companies from 43 countries are partaking in the international event.
The 2nd Azerbaijan International Defence Exhibition ADEX 2016 started at Baku Expo Center on 27 of September. ADEX 2016 is a grand display of modern weaponry and equipment, the show of the force and power of the Azerbaijani military-industrial complex. (end)
