Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, Kerry discuss Syrian, Yemeni crises

ABU DHABI, Aug 31 (KUNA) -- Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al-Nahyan discussed with US Secretary of State John Kerry Wednesday conflicts in the region, and their security and humanitarian ramifications on the area.
Sheikh Mohammad, also deputy Supreme Commander of UAE Armed Forces, received a phone call from Kerry and discussed the Syrian conflict and its security and humanitarian impacts on the region, the official WAM news agency reported.
They also discussed means of solving the Yemeni crisis, and the international community's efforts to fighting violence, extremism and terrorism, it added.
Sheikh Mohammad and Kerry, said WAM, discussed ways of enforcing peace and stability at the regional and international levels. (end) bsu.bs
