Parliament Speaker expresses sorrow over bombing attack in Turkey

KUWAIT, Aug 26 (KUNA) -- National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim sent on Friday a cable to Turkish counterpart Ismail Kahrman, expressing his condolences over the victims of the deadly attack in the southeastern province of Sinark, Turkey.
In his cable, Al-Ghanim condemned this terrorist act, which left tens of people killed and injured, targeting stability and security of Turkey. He also expressed solidarity and support to the Turkish people, praying to almighty God for the families of victims.
The Speaker also renewed calls for bolstering regional cooperation to combat terrorism. (end) nma.mb
