ISTANBUL, Aug 23 (KUNA) -- Turkish military fired 40 shells at positions of the so-called Islamic State (IS) in Syria after two mortar shells by IS hit the southeastern province of Gaziantep, Ihlas news agency quoted military sources as saying.
Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim announced that it was unacceptable for any Kurdish entity to be established in northern Iraq. (end).
