KUWAIT, Aug 18 (KUNA) -- Tanzania is grateful for the donation offered by Kuwait to help develop education in the country, said Tanzanian Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa Thursday.
In a statement by the Kuwaiti embassy to KUNA, Majaliwa's gratitude was reflected during his meeting with representatives of Kuwaiti charitable societies visiting the country.
He noted that the donation included the delivery of 600 chairs as well as financial aid to help the development of the educational sector in Tanzania. (end) gta
