Kuwait's Amb. discusses with Algiers' Mayor bilateral cooperation

ALGIERS, Feb 17 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Ambassador to Algeria Mohamed Al-Shabou held talks on Wednesday with the Mayor of Algiers, Abdul Qadir Zhuk dealt with ways of enhancing joint bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
The ambassador said in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the meeting dealt with the various bilateral issues where the two sides discussed various issues of common interest in favor of Algerian and Kuwaiti peoples.
Al-Shabou said that he sensed from the Mayor a great interest in the progress and prosperity taking place in various major infrastructure and residential projects in Kuwait, adding that Zhuk expressed his hope for increasing the interoperability of cooperation between the Kuwaiti and Algerian cities and capitals.
For his part, Zhuk briefed the Kuwaiti ambassador on the various projects being implemented by the Algerian government in the capital especially in the field of urban rehabilitation of neighborhoods.
He called for taking advantage of the expertise and experience of the State of Kuwait in these sectors.(end).
