Al-Nowair initiative kicks off new campaign on positive thinking

KUWAIT, Feb 13 (KUNA) -- The non-profit Al-Nowair Initiative kicked off a new campaign Saturday on positive thinking and avoid complaints due to their negative consequences. The initiative will last until February 20th.
Chairperson of Al-Nowair Initiative Sheikha Intisar Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah told KUNA that the initiative, dubbed "Look At The Bright Side" aims at shedding light on the importance of being happy and to raise awareness on the negative consequences of people's complaints and pessimism.
Sheikha Intisar added that the campaign will include various activities to deliver such message, including handing over two-faced hand bracelets with two colors, one is yellow representing happiness, and the other black representing negative thoughts.
Sheikha Intisar noted that "looking at the brighter side helps us appreciate every moment in life, and thus enabling us to face all obstacles in a more constructive way". (end) zak.mb
