Tunisia customs impound container including arms, ammunition

TUNIS, Feb 9 (KUNA) -- Tunisian Customs authorities announced Tuesday the discovery and impounding of arms and ammunitions in a container belonging to a foreign national at the Port of Rades.
In a press statement, the Directorate General of Customs stated the container included a thousand rounds of different calibre, firearms and paralyzing gas sprays as well as diving equipment and small size drone.
It added that the container belongs to a Belgian national who was arrested later and referred to investigation bodies. (end) ksj.ibi
