Saudi Air Defense forces intercept ballistic missile fired from Yemen

JEDDAH, Feb 8 (KUNA) -- The Royal Saudi Air Defense forces intercepted at dawn Monday a ballistic missile launched from Yemeni territories towards Asir region, the Command of Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen announced in a statement.
The rocket was destroyed in midair without causing any damage.
Air Forces initiated immediately to destroy the missile launch platform located inside the Yemeni territories.(end) nh.haq
