KUWAIT, Jan 28 (KUNA) -- Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah on Thursday congratulated His Highness the Amir, the Supreme Commander of the armed forces, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of His Highness' ascension to power.
