KUWAIT, Jan 12 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received the outgoing Azeri Ambassador to Kuwait Tural Rzayev at Seif Palace on Tuesday.
