KUWAIT, Jan 6 (KUNA) -- Price of Kuwaiti oil went down 98 cents to USD 27.67 per barrel Tuesday as opposed to USD 28.65 pb on Monday, said Kuwait Oil Corporation (KPC) Wednesday.
In the world market, the crude price went down, Tuesday, more than two percent, due to Mideast jitters, traders' preccoupation with the US dollar rising rate as well as hike of US crude reserves.
The price of the Brent Blend dropped 80 cents settling at USD 36.42 per barrel. The American crude oil also fell, 79 cents, settling at USD 35.97 pb. (end)
