Arab coalition forces intercept missile from Yemen

JEDDAH, Jan 1 (KUNA) -- The Saudi Air Defense Force intercepted a missile fired from Yemen towards Abha city, southwest Saudi Arabia, the command of the Saudi-led coalition announced on Friday.
The coalition forces have promptly specified the location of the launch pad from where the missile was fired and destroyed it, according to a press release by the command.
On Wednesday the coalition to support the legitimate authority in Yemen intercepted a Scud missile that targeted the southwestern Saudi city of Jazan. (end) nh.gb
