JEDDAH, Dec 16 (KUNA) -- A Saudi soldier was killed by fire on the southern border with Yemen, the Command of Coalition Forces to Support Legitimacy in Yemen said.
Sergeant Ahmad Almobti from the personnel of the ground forces was "martyred" while he was doling his duty on the southern boundary sector of Najran, it added.
The latest development came just one day after the coalition command announced a seven-day cease-fire effective from Tuesday. (end)
