Libya's Hannibal Gaddafi freed from captivity in Lebanon

BEIRUT, Dec 11 (KUNA) -- Hannibal Gaddafi, son of Libya's late leader Muammar Gaddafi, was released by his captors on Friday after one day in captivity in Lebanon.
The gunmen who kidnapped Gaddafi in the northern Beqaa area, east Lebanon, yesterday, left him on Baalbek-Homs international highway near the borders with Syria.
The Lebanese Internal Security Forces (ISF) received the man on Friday, the NNA news agency reported, citing security sources.
In an earlier report, the NNA noted that captors lured Gaddafi from Syria into Lebanon for information on the fate of Musa Al-Sadr, the founder of Amal Movement who went missing in Libya on August 31, 1978, during the reign of Col. Muammar Gaddafi. (end) ayb.gb
