Suicide blast kills three people in Baghdad

BAGHDAD, Dec 9 (KUNA) -- Three people were killed on Wednesday in a suicide attack targeting a Shia mosque in the Iraqi capital, an Iraqi police source said.
A suicide bomber blew himself up inside the Ahl Al-Bayt site at Al-Obeidi neighborhood in eastern Bagdad, leaving three worshippers dead, the source told KUNA.
Eleven others were wounded in the explosion, the source said, adding that the injured were taken to nearby hospital for necessary medical treatment. (end) ahh.mt
