Fin. Min. in Istanbul for OIC's COMCEC meetings

ISTANBUL, Nov 24 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Deputy Premier and Finance Minister Anas Al-Saleh arrived in Istanbul Tuesday to participate in meetings of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation's (OIC) Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation (COMCEC).
The two-day meeting will touch upon trade among OIC member states, promoting the role of private sector and how to address economic and trade challenges.
COMCEC is one of the four standing committees of the OIC.
Al-Saleh was received at the airport by Kuwait's Ambassador to Turkey Abdullah Al-Thuwaikh and Consul General in Istanbul Mohammad Al-Mohammad. (end) ta.bs
