NEW YORK, Oct 2 (KUNA) -- First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah attended here late Thursday a reception organized by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation's (OIC) Secretary General Iyad Ameen Madani.
