RAMALLAH, Aug 3 (KUNA) -- Palestinian Foreign Minister, Riyad Al Maliki on Monday, submitted a file to the International Criminal Court (ICC) over the deadly arson attack that claimed the life of toddler, Ali Dawabsha and injured his family.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry in a press statement said that the file was handed to Chief Prosecutor of the ICC Fatou Bensouda.
Al Maliki urged the ICC to expedite the investigations into the incident and other Israeli crimes against Palestinian people.
The filed was presented to the ICC at the behest of Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas.
The PA had previously presented the ICC with a report detailing recent Israeli aggressions. (end)
