GAZA, July 31 (KUNA) -- Israeli troops killed Friday a Palestinian man in Gaza and critically wounded another one in Ramallah, the West Bank, medical sources said.
Mohammad Hamed Al-Masri, 17, died of his wounds after being shot by Israeli forces at the Gaza borders, and his body was taken to Kamal Adawan hospital in northern Gaza Strip, the sources added.
The injured man was shot in the chest by the troops during clashes between Palestinians and Israelis, protesting against the burning of a Palestinian house by Jewish settlers in the occupied West Bank city of Nablus and killing a toddler while injuring members of his family.
Some Palestinians in the Strip organized protests against the settlement policy of Israel, condemning the burning of the toddler. (end) nq.wab.hm
