BEIRUT, May 29 (KUNA) -- The Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) continued Friday to hand out humanitarian aid to some 500 Lebanese families distressed from the ongoing Syrian crisis, especially in Tripoli, northern Lebanon.
Head of KRCS's mission in Lebanon Dr. Musaed Al-Enezi told KUNA that the aid is the second batch of a relief campaign that covers at least 5,000 families living in different areas in Lebanon.
KRCS is exerting huge efforts to meet necessary and pressing needs of both Syrian refugees and Lebanese families in need through providing bread and medical supplies of dialysis.
The KRCS had distributed more humanitarian aid to some Syrian refugee families living in several areas in Mount Lebanon. (end) mab.hb
