Kuwait oil price down to USD 59.12 pb

KUWAIT, May 26 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's oil price on Monday fell by USD 1.16 per barrel (pb) to USD 59.12 pb against USD 60.28 pb on Saturday, the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said in a statement on Tuesday.
At the global level, future Brent crude contracts declined due to the appreciation of the US dollar against other currencies in spite of better global oil prices in Asia and the US. (end) fnk.hb.mt
