Kuwait's oil price rises
KUWAIT, May 23 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's oil price rose 53 cents reaching USD 60.28 per barrel in Friday's trades, compared to USD 59.75 pb on Thursday, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said in a statement on Saturday.
At the global level, fresh reports about decline of US energy reserves pushed oil prices upward.
Moreover, the crude prices have been positively affected with robust economic growth in Japan, leading to prospected demand hike in the near future. (end)
