Egyptian conscript killed in clashes in Damietta

CAIRO, May 6 (KUNA) -- One Egyptian conscript was killed and five others injured in clashes between Egyptian security forces and supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood in Damietta north of Egypt.
Damietta security Chief Hassan Al-Bardisi received reports that a number of Muslim Brotherhood figures marched and involved in clashes in the region using live bullets and wounded 27 people, Middle East News Agency said.
The security forces were able to arrest 16 of the Muslim Brotherhood supporters, the source added. (end) asm.ss
