Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Salem Al-Hmoud Al-Sabah receives ambassador the State of Palestine
KUWAIT, April 14 (KUNA) -- Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Salem Al-Hmoud Al-Sabah discussed here on Tuesday with President of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) mission in Kuwait Iman Younis Erekat and several ambassadors of friendly countries, ways to promote multilateral media cooperation.
The Information Ministry said in a press statement that Sheikh Salman met separately with Erekat and ambassadors of the State of Palestine, Republic of Korea, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Singapore and the Republic of South Africa.
The statement added that the meeting with Erekat touched on enhancing media cooperation between the ministry and the IOM mission to serve the interests of both parties.
He explained that the meeting with Palestinian Ambassador Rami Ehsan Tahboub tackled several topics of mutual interest, especially aspects of media and cultural and youth-related affairs. (end)
