Erdogan renews support to "Decisive Storm" against Houthis

ISTANBUL, March 30 (KUNA) -- Turkish President Recep Tayyp Erdogan said here Monday that his country is following up the current developments in Yemen, affirming that it was important to support the US-led "Operation Decisive Storm" against Houthi militias for peace to prevail.
Speaking to reporters before leaving Istanbul for Slovenia, Erdogan said: "Developments in Yemen are very important for us," adding that Turkey was following up on the situation there.
Regarding his visit to Iran on April seventh, Erdogan said that there were no changes to the scheduled visit.
The Saudi-led "Operation Decisive Storm" targets Houthi militias' strongholds in Yemen. The Turkish president had called the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, voicing support for ani-Houthi military action and rejecting Houthi militias' breach of national unity agreements and relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions.
