Kuwait joins anti-terror march in Tunisia

TUNIS, March 29 (KUNA) -- Kuwait shares the Tunisian resolve to protest acts of terrorism and violence, said Kuwaiti MP Mubarak Al-Khurainej here Sunday.
Speaking to KUNA after his arrival, Al-Khurainej said that his participation in the international anti-terrorism rally here was to reflect Kuwait's solid stance against terrorism.
He noted that the recent attack against the Bardo National Museum in the capital Tunis was a heinous act that required a strong stance against terrorism.
Previously, a spokesman for the Tunisian Ministry of Interior said that routes, main roads, and various entrances to the rally are all secured from its starting point in Bab Saadoun Hall in where the Museum is located.
The Bardo Museum attack resulted in the death of 23 people and the injury of 48 others. (end) aly.gta
