Third provision of electoral constituencies' law "unconstitutional" -- court

CAIRO, March 1 (KUNA) -- Egypt's higher constitutional court ruled on Sunday that the third article of the electoral constituencies' law for forecast parliamentary elections "is unconstitutional." The court in its ruling indicated that there was no constitutional basis for this particular provision with respect of allotted seats and related electoral organizational matters. (end) aff.rk
