KUWAIT, Oct 26 (KUNA) -- The Amiri Diwan on Sunday issued a Decree appointing Dr. Bader Hamad Al-Issa as Minister of Education and Higher Education.
Another Decree was issued naming Yaqoub Abdulmohsen Al-Sanea as Minister of Justice, Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs. (end) aad.rk
