Spain condemns recent terrorist attacks in Baghdad

MADRID, Oct 20 (KUNA) -- Spain strongly condemned Monday recent series of terrorist attacks that rocked Baghdad, Iraq, lately that killed and wounded scrores of people.
The Spanish foreign ministry denounced, in a statement, the terrorist attack that targeted a religious mourning place in Sinek, central Baghdad, today, indicating that this is the second attack in less than 24 hours when a suicide attack that targeted another mourning place in Harthiya, western Baghdad.
The statement reiterated Madrid's full condemnation of all forms of terrorism and conveyed its condolences to the Iraqi people, government, and families of the victims, wishing speedy recovery for the wounded. (end) hnd.ma
