Egypt to host Palestinian-Israeli talks on Tuesday

CAIRO, Sept 21 (KUNA) -- Egypt will host this Tuesday indirect negotiations between the Palestinians and Israelis aiming to reach comprehensive understanding and permanent agreements on various issues.
This round of talks is as part of Egypt's efforts to build on the successful mediation in agreement on ceasefire in Gaza Strip, inked by both sides on August 26, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
This round of talks also falls in the framework of efforts to strengthen the ceasefire agreement and ensure no more confrontations or loss of innocent lives in the future, it added. (end) rg.mb
