Information Min. leaves South Korea

INCHEON, South Korea, Sept 21 (KUNA) -- Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah left South Korean on Sunday after attending the 17th Asian Games.
Sheikh Salman was accompanied by Director General of Kuwait Public Authority for Youth and Sports (PAYS) Sheikh Ahmad Al-Mansur Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. They were seen off by Kuwaiti Ambassador to South Korea Jassem Al-Bedawi.
During the visit, Sheikh Salman on Friday met and discussed with Chinese Minister of the General Administration of Youth and Sport Liu Peng ways of boosting bilateral cooperation in all fields, especially in youth and sport.
He met with President of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) and President of the Olympic Council of Asia, Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
Sheikh Salman attended a ceremony held by Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) to honor a number of Asian sportspeople including Kuwaiti veteran athletes, Khaled Al-Hamad and Yusuf Al-Shahin Al-Ghanim. (end) fs.hs
