GCC hlt meeting in Kuwait to discuss important issues -- Min. Al-Obaidi

KUWAIT, Sept 6 (KUNA) -- The GCC Health Ministries undersecretaries meeting will held in Kuwait on Sunday with important issues such as unifying mechanism for abroad treatment in Gulf states and the combat of the Ebola virus being on the agenda, said Minister of Health Dr. Ali Al-Obaidi here Saturday.
In a press release, the minister said that other issues concerning unifying health care procedures for Gulf citizens would be discussed , adding that GCC measures to counter the Ebola outbreak would be touched upon during the meeting.
It is important to hold such meetings to unite the GCC health care front, affirmed the minister who indicated that the meeting would contribute to the development of health care in the region. (end) shd.gta
