KUWAIT, July 24 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Thursday sent a cable of congratulations to the newly-appointed President of Iraq Fouad Massoum.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished him success in his new post and more progress for bilateral relations.
