Acting National Assembly Speaker congratulates Iraqi pres. on return home

KUWAIT, July 21 (KUNA) -- The Acting National Assembly Speaker Mubarak Al-Khurainij on Monday sent a congratulatory cable to Iraqi President Jalal Talabani on his return home following the success of a recent medical treatment trip.
