MANAMA, June 25 (KUNA) -- Dean of the diplomatic corps, Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain, Sheikh Azzam Al-Sabah extolled here on Wednesday guidance and directives of Their Highnesses, leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to contribute to the strengthening of cooperation between their countries in various fields, including the field of defense to achieve the integration of all security services.
Al-Sabah said in a press statement on the occasion of attending a graduation ceremony of the sixth Joint Chiefs of Staff training course of Bahrain Defense Force today that Kuwait and Bahrain have played a major role in pushing the blessed march in various fields.
The ambassador said that such courses help to 'integrate the military doctrine' in order to achieve the integration of all security agencies in the GCC countries.
For his part, Kuwaiti Military Attache in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Maj. Gen. Ali Al-Asaker praised the high level training and military education of the Bahraini Command and Staff College in rehabilitating leaders and military personnel.
He said the high level of training at the college has been achieved through the support and tireless efforts of the commander of the General Staff, Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa who is eager to support specialized courses in the field of defense between the GCC states.
