BRUSSELS, Aug 16 (KUNA) -- The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs Friday
advised against all travel to most of Egypt saying the situation is "very
restless and unstable."
It also advised against all non-essential travel to the Egyptian resorts on
the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba.
The resorts are far from the trouble areas, but because of the uncertain
situation the ministry is advising against travel as a precaution.
Two employees of the Dutch Ministry are to arrive tonight in Hurghada and
Sharm El-Sheikh to monitor the situation.
The Ministry said it is in close contact with other EU countries and that
its travel advice is in line with that of most other EU countries. (end)
