Algiers airport diverts incoming flights after tower''s fire

ALGIERS, July 29 (KUNA) -- Authorities of Algiers international airport diverted all incoming flights to the Wahran and Annaba airports after a fire broke out in the control tower Monday.
An electricity spark caused a fire in the tower, the authorities said in a statement, forcing delay of departing airplanes.
The fire also forced the airport authorities to divert all incoming flights to the Western Wahran airport and Eastern Annaba airport.
