Arab-American Encyclopedia republishes Suad Al-Sabah''s "Arab Woman Poets"

(With photos) KUWAIT, May 12 (KUNA) -- Arab-American Encyclopedia (AAE) will republish the sixth volume of "Arab Woman Poets", a book by Kuwaiti poet Dr. Suad Mohammad Al-Sabah, in preparation for its distribution in European and U.S. markets, her publishers said Sunday.
AAE chose the book sequel and included it within the process of Ihyaa Al-Turath Al-Arabi fi Al-Mahjar (Rebirth of Arab Heritage in Diaspora) project, which is supported by the Palestinian writer and thinker Dr. Hassan Yahya, said the publishers', Saud Al-Sabah Dar, statement.
The book will be accessible to readers through Amazon or at American, British and European bookshops, the statement noted, adding that according to Dr. Yahya, this book is the sixth in the series that is dedicated to Arab woman poets.
AAE has previously published books by female Arab poets and they are Ghada Al-Samman, Nazik Al-Malaeka, Fadwa Touqan, Rabia Al-Adawiya and Wallada bint Al-Mustakfi, in addition to Dr. Suad Al-Sabah.
The book will include an introduction to the series of Rebirth of Arab Heritage in Diaspora, an introductory article by Dr. Yahya as well as nine pieces of selected poems by Dr. Al-Sabah, the statement noted.
Consisting of 64 pages, "Arab Woman Poets" sequels feature an elevated exploration of sensational emotions of Dr. Al-Sabah, the statement concluded. (end) tms.smh.ba KUNA 121849 May 13NNNN
