KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 18 (KUNA) -- Malaysian Information Department denied news
reports claiming the resignation of Prime Minister Najib Razak, published by
several electronic social networking sites Monday.
Director of the Information Department Ibrahim Abdul Rahman said there is
suspicion that the department's electronic newspaper has been breached and
that led to the spread of untrue report entitled "Malaysian Prime Minister
Officially Resigns".
He added that the administration has taken urgent action to remove the
incorrect data from the electronic system. (end)
