Series of Israeli airstrikes wound 25 Palestinians -- sources

GAZA, June 23 (KUNA) -- At least 25 Palestinians were wounded, early Saturday, in a series of Israeli airstrikes that attacked various parts in the Gaza Strip.
According to Palestinian security sources, the first of these Israeli airstrikes targeted a building for security personnel training in central Gaza. This attack resulted in the injury of 10 security men.
The air raid also wounded four civilians who were living in the nearby houses, the sources added. They further noted that other surrounding commercial and residential buildings were also damaged.
Meanwhile, local radio stations reported that 10 Palestinians were injured in a second Israeli air attack. This strike targeted a training site for Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, north of the strip.
"All the injured were civilians," the sources pointed out. They were transported to the nearest hospitals.
In a third attack, a barrage of Israeli rockets was fired at another location of Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, in Central Gaza Strip. It inflicted injuries to a civilian who was nearby the targeted location.
Yesterday, two Palestinians were killed in two separate Israeli air assaults. With this, the number of Palestinians who were killed by Israeli fires in the past week has risen to 13 person, including children. (end) mt.nfm KUNA 231015 Jun 12NNNN
