BAGHDAD, March 25 (KUNA) -- Secretary General of Arab League Nabil Al-Arabi
arrived here Sunday to meet Iraqi officials and discuss the final arrangements
and details on the Arab Summit due March 29.
A Foreign Ministry source said Al-Arabi and his accompanying delegation
were greeted upon arrival by Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, and that the
league delegation includes technical staff as well as Arab ambassadors.
The officials are to discuss the final touches for the ministerial meetings
on March 27 and March 28, as well as the summit meeting on March 29.
Al-Arabi is due to hold meetings with Iraqi President Jalal Talabani, Prime
Minister Nouril Al-Maliki, and Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari and his staff.
